How to restore your Premium purchase
Bought a Premium subscription to VPN Super, but can’t seem to restore it? This article shows you how to reconnect a subscription you bought through the App Store, Google Play Store, or VPN Super website. Follow the instructions below if you reinstalled the app, switched to a new phone, or see the free version even though you've paid.
How to restore your Premium subscription on iOS or Android
- Make sure your device is signed in to the Apple ID (iPhone or iPad) or Google Account (Android) you used to buy Premium.
- Open the VPN Super app. In the App Store and Google Play, it's listed as VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy.
- Open the app menu (☰) → My Account.
- Select Restore Purchase.
Your Premium subscription is active again as soon as the restore finishes.
What if I bought Premium on the VPN Super website?
Restore Purchase only finds subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play. If you subscribed on our website, sign in to the app with your VPN Super account email and password instead. Once you're signed in, you'll be able to access your Premium subscription.
How do I access my Premium subscription on Windows, Mac, or a TV?
- Windows and Mac: There's no Restore Purchase option on our desktop apps. Just sign in with your VPN Super account, and you’ll be able to access your Premium subscription. If you bought Premium in the iOS or Android app and don't have an account yet, create a VPN Super account in that app first, then sign in with it on your computer.
- Apple TV: On the sign-in screen, select Restore Purchase if you bought Premium in the iOS app. Otherwise, sign in with your VPN Super account. See How to set up VPN Super on Apple TV.
- Android TV: On the sign-in screen, select Restore Purchase if you bought Premium in the Android app. Otherwise, sign in with your VPN Super account. See How to set up VPN Super on Android TV.
Why isn't Restore Purchase working?
- Your device is signed in to a different account. You can only restore subscriptions on the Apple ID or Google Account that's signed in on the device. Switch to the account you bought Premium with, then try again.
- Your subscription has ended. Check that it's still active in your Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions. If it's not listed, it was canceled or has expired.
- You bought Premium on our website. Sign in with your VPN Super account instead—see the section above.
- The App Store can't find your purchase. Follow Apple's Restore Purchases on iOS guide, then select Restore Purchase in the app again.
Do I need a VPN Super account to restore my purchase?
Not on iPhone, iPad, or Android. Restore Purchase works through your Apple ID or Google Account, so it still works if you've forgotten the email for your VPN Super account. You need a VPN Super account to use Premium on Windows or Mac, and it's the easiest way to sign in on a TV.
Does restoring my purchase charge me again?
No. Restoring reconnects the subscription you already paid for, so you won't be charged again.
Can I use my Premium subscription on more than one device?
Yes. Premium covers up to 10 devices. To add another device, sign in with the same VPN Super account on it—see How to activate VPN Super on a new device. For the full details, read How many devices can I use with VPN Super?
Still need help?
