How to create a VPN Super account

A VPN Super account lets you access your Premium subscription across multiple devices. You can create your account inside the mobile app by following the steps below.

How to create your account

  1. Open the VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy app on iOS or Android.
  2. Open the app menu (☰)My AccountSign in and follow the prompts.

If you paid through the App Store or Google Play and want to link your subscription, go to My AccountRestore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID or Google Account used for the original purchase.

Don't have a Premium subscription?

If you haven't subscribed, there are two ways to get Premium and create your account:

  1. Get Premium on our website. After your payment is confirmed, you'll be prompted to create your VPN Super account.
  2. Get Premium on the mobile app.
    1. Open the VPN Super app for iOS or Android.
    2. Tap the crown icon in the top-right corner of the home screen.
    3. Select your plan and complete your purchase.
    4. After your purchase, follow the prompts to create your account or go to the app menu (☰)My AccountSign in.

What happens after you create your account?

Once your account is created:

  • You'll receive an email with instructions for using VPN Super on other devices.
  • You can sign in to any VPN Super app using your account details.
  • Your Premium subscription will sync automatically across up to 10 devices.

Account FAQs

How do I change the email address linked to my account?

To change the email address linked to your VPN Super account, sign in to your account and go to Account & billingChange email. Once submitted, you'll get a confirmation email at the new address—that confirms it's working and that you'll keep receiving account notifications.

I forgot the email registered with my VPN Super account

If you've forgotten the email registered with your VPN Super account, there are a few ways to track it down. Try searching your inbox for a verification email from @vpnsuper.com—we send one when you sign up. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play Store, check for a payment confirmation from [email protected] or [email protected]—your registered email is usually the one linked to that purchase. You can also try signing in at account.vpnsuper.com/signin with your commonly used email addresses; you'll get an error if one isn't recognized. For privacy reasons, we're not able to look up or confirm your registered email on your behalf.

I signed up using my social provider, how do I add a password to my account?

Sign in with your social provider as usual, then go to your Account & billingPasswordSet password.

I signed up using my social provider, how do I disconnect my social account?

To disconnect your social account, you will need to revoke VPN Super's access from your provider's account settings.

  • For Apple: Go to appleid.apple.comSign In & SecuritySign in with AppleVPN SuperDelete.
  • For Google: Go to myaccount.google.comLinked appsVPN SuperSee detailsStop using Sign in with Google.

However, if that social provider is your only sign-in method, you'll need to set a password before unlinking—otherwise you'd lose access to your account and your active subscription. You can set a password from Account & billingPasswordSet password.
