
A VPN Super account lets you access your Premium subscription across multiple devices. You can create your account inside the mobile app by following the steps below.
If you paid through the App Store or Google Play and want to link your subscription, go to My Account → Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID or Google Account used for the original purchase.
If you haven't subscribed, there are two ways to get Premium and create your account:
Once your account is created:
To change the email address linked to your VPN Super account, sign in to your account and go to Account & billing → Change email. Once submitted, you'll get a confirmation email at the new address—that confirms it's working and that you'll keep receiving account notifications.
If you've forgotten the email registered with your VPN Super account, there are a few ways to track it down. Try searching your inbox for a verification email from @vpnsuper.com—we send one when you sign up. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play Store, check for a payment confirmation from [email protected] or [email protected]—your registered email is usually the one linked to that purchase. You can also try signing in at account.vpnsuper.com/signin with your commonly used email addresses; you'll get an error if one isn't recognized. For privacy reasons, we're not able to look up or confirm your registered email on your behalf.
Sign in with your social provider as usual, then go to your Account & billing → Password → Set password.
To disconnect your social account, you will need to revoke VPN Super's access from your provider's account settings.
However, if that social provider is your only sign-in method, you'll need to set a password before unlinking—otherwise you'd lose access to your account and your active subscription. You can set a password from Account & billing → Password → Set password.
