If you purchased your subscription directly through our website, follow these steps to cancel VPN Super:
Step 1: Locate your subscription status
- Sign in to your VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy account
- Look for “Settings” in the navigation menu on the left
- Once in Settings, you'll see your current subscription information:
- "Subscription is Active" status
- Your next renewal date
- Current subscription plan details
Step 2: Initiate cancellation
- Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button
- A confirmation pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your decision
- Click "Cancel Subscription" again in the pop-up to proceed
Step 3: Confirm cancellation
- You'll see a final confirmation pop-up letting you know your subscription has been successfully cancelled
- Close or dismiss the pop-up
Step 4: Verify cancellation
After completing the cancellation, your Settings page will update to show:
- "Subscription Cancelled" status instead of "Active"
- Your subscription expiry date (which is when your VPN access will end)
- A "Turn on Automatic Renewal" button if you change your mind

Note: You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription automatically.

Changed your mind? Here’s how to reactivate your subscription
If you decide to reactivate your VPN service, you can easily turn automatic renewal back on.
Reactivation steps will vary depending on where you purchased your subscription; on our website, on the iOS app, or on the Android app:
For subscriptions purchased on our website
- Go to Settings in your account dashboard
- You'll see "Canceled" with your expiry date
- Click "Turn on automatic renewal"
- You may then be asked to sign in on the website
- If so, sign in and click on “Turn on autorenewal”
- A confirmation pop-up will appear confirming your change
- Close the pop-up to return to your Settings page
For subscriptions purchased on the iOS app
- On your iPhone or iPad, go to your Subscriptions or open Settings > Your name or Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Select "VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy", then choose a new renewal option to re-enable it
For subscriptions purchased on the Android app
- On your Android device, go to Subscriptions in the Google Play Store or tap Your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Select "VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy", and tap Resubscribe or Resume
After reactivation
Your Settings page will update to show:
- "Subscription is Active" status
- Your renewal date (instead of expiry date)
- The "Cancel Subscription" option will be available again
Common questions about cancellation
Will I lose access immediately?
No! You'll keep full VPN access until your current billing cycle ends. So if you paid for a month, you’ll get to use your VPN for the full duration. Additionally, you will still have access to Premium features like 10Gbps servers, protection on 10 devices, and more.
Can I get a refund?
