Here's where VPN Super has servers, why a location might be missing or temporarily unavailable, and what to do if you can't find the server you want.
The locations you see depend on your device and plan. Premium unlocks more locations than the free version, and our Apple TV and Android TV apps show a smaller set of locations.
Server availability varies by region and can change at any time, including during peak demand.
We don't have servers in every country yet. We're continuing to expand our network and may add more locations in the future. In the meantime, a server in a nearby country usually gives similar performance.
When a server is very busy, it temporarily stops accepting new connections, so people who are already connected keep good speeds. It usually comes back once demand drops. Until then:
If this happens often on the free version, Premium servers are usually less crowded.
Some locations are Premium-only. If you're on the free version, upgrade to Premium to use them.
If you already have Premium and can't see a location, it may be temporarily hidden during busy periods to keep speeds stable. This can happen with popular locations, so try another server in the same country if one is available, or check again later.
In some countries, local network restrictions limit which servers we can offer. This is normal and doesn't mean there's a problem with your account or the VPN. We keep working to expand availability, so it's worth checking again later.
