If it still won't verify, submit a request with the email address you used and a screenshot of the error.

I already have Premium. Can I switch to the student plan?

Yes. The student plan is bought as a new plan, not as an upgrade or downgrade. To switch:

1. Cancel your current Premium subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.
2. Verify your student status and buy the student plan.
