Our refund policy also covers these changes to your plan:

  • Upgrading your plan during the 30-day window
  • Downgrading your plan during the 30-day window
  • Upgrading or downgrading multiple times within the first 30 days

What our refund policy does NOT cover

Refunds after 30-day window:

  • Day 31 or later from the sign-up date — no exceptions

Renewed subscriptions:

  • Automatic renewals after 30 days
  • Manual renewals after 30 days
  • Any subscription beyond the first billing cycle

How to request a refund

Our Support team will verify your subscription, check refund eligibility, confirm subscription details, and process your refund if eligible.

Step 3: Processing your refund

If approved, your VPN service stops immediately. We will initiate the refund process within 24 hours and send you an email confirmation.

  • Credit/Debit cards: 3 to 7 business days
  • PayPal: 1 to 3 business days
  • Apple App Store: 3 to 5 business days (processed by Apple)
