Accepted payment methods for VPN Super

Buying or renewing a VPN Super subscription? You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal; all are handled by established, secure payment providers.

These payment methods apply to subscriptions bought on vpnsuper.com. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing is handled separately by Apple or Google, using the payment method on your store account—so you manage and update it there, not in your VPN Super account.

Here's what's accepted and how to pay.

How to pay

At checkout, choose your plan on the pricing page, enter your email address, and select your payment method. Your billing country is detected automatically; US customers add their state and ZIP code, and Canadian customers add their province or territory.

• Paying by card: enter your cardholder name, card number, expiry date (MM/YY), and security code (CVV—3 digits, or 4 for Amex), then select "Subscribe Now." Make sure the card isn't expired, has enough funds, and is enabled for international payments—your bank may also ask for 3D Secure verification.
• Paying with PayPal: select the PayPal button to open PayPal, sign in, and choose your funding source (balance, bank, or card). Approve the payment and the subscription agreement, and you'll be returned to the site automatically—your account is created right away. For smooth renewals, make sure recurring payments are enabled in your PayPal settings.

How recurring billing works

Your subscription renews automatically on your renewal date, and you'll get an email before each charge.

• If you pay by card, the same card is charged each cycle.
• If you pay with PayPal, PayPal's automatic payments handle each renewal using the funding source you chose, and PayPal sends its own notifications.

Update or cancel your payment method

To change your card, sign in to your VPN Super account and open the Account & billing tab. For full steps on each payment type, see our article on updating your VPN Super payment method.

To manage PayPal payments, sign in at paypal.com, go to Settings → Automatic Payments, find your VPN Super subscription (it may be listed as "VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy"), and update or cancel it there.

Troubleshooting common issues

You might run into some issues when trying to subscribe to VPN Super; these fixes might help:

• Your card is declined. Check the details for typos, make sure the card isn't expired and has available funds, and confirm your bank allows international and recurring payments. Try a different card if you have one.
• PayPal won't complete the payment. Make sure your PayPal account is in good standing with a valid, funded source, then sign out and back in, or clear your browser cache and try again.
