Most apps and websites work as normal when you're connected to VPN Super. Some, like banking apps or apps that are restricted in certain regions, may load slowly, ask you to confirm it's you, or not load at all. Here's why, and what to try.
When you connect, apps and websites see the VPN server's IP address and location instead of yours. Some services use your location to decide what to show or to spot unusual sign-ins, so a new location can trigger extra checks or limits. For more on this, see Why do I get unknown login alerts when I use a VPN?
If an app is officially restricted in your region, access may not always be stable, even with a VPN. Switching servers usually helps.
Some banks and payment services block VPN connections for security, because they treat a sign-in from an unfamiliar IP address as unusual activity. This is normal and doesn't mean there's a problem with your account or the VPN.
