This app can be restricted on different networks for different reasons. Most blocks fall into one of these common patterns.

Many school and workplace IT teams manage the network you connect through, and that management can affect Zoom specifically. Zoom's own support documentation notes that when a network doesn't allow split tunneling for Zoom's traffic, it can cause "significant additional load on their corporate internet connections" (Zoom Support, KB0065998). In plain terms, the network's own routing setup can throttle Zoom, separate from anything Zoom itself is doing. Connecting through VPN Super's own encrypted tunnel on an unmanaged network, like home Wi-Fi or mobile data, sidesteps that specific network's policy. Some governments restrict access to Zoom at the network level. Mainland China is the clearest example: Zoom is blocked for most users connecting from within the country. Connect to VPN Super first, then open the Zoom meeting link. Opening the link before connecting sends the first request through the restricted network, which may block it before VPN Super gets a chance to route around it.
Screen sharing uses more bandwidth than a standard call, and some server or protocol combinations handle that load better than others. Switch to a different server, or try WireGuard on Windows or Mac if you're not already on it, then restart the screen share.
Try a different server from the location list. The NNN ms value next to each server name shows your current connection speed to it, and a lower number is a good next server to try. Video and audio calls need a stable connection more than a fast one, so a different route can fix repeated drops even without a big latency difference.
This usually means the current protocol isn't the best fit for your network. On Mac, WireGuard is the only available protocol and is built for this kind of real-time traffic. On Windows, try switching between OpenVPN and WireGuard on the home screen. On iOS or Android, try Auto first, then IKEv2 if the warning continues.
